InDepth offers consulting and academic training in data management and data analysis for people and organizations around the world. My expertise is in statistical modeling and data visualization, grounded in years of research in neuroscience and open, reproducible science.

What I offer

Data management

Plan, organize, document and share data so that they can be found, understood and reused: data management plans, file and table structure, metadata and codebooks, version control and preparation for public repositories following FAIR principles.

Statistical modeling and analysis

Regression and multilevel models, Bayesian modeling (R, brms, Stan), models for counts, categorical and skewed data, model checking, and clear reporting of uncertainty. I also work on spatial and topological analysis of images and point patterns.

Data visualization

Figures that communicate results honestly and clearly, for papers, theses, talks and reports, made with reproducible code.

Training and workshops

Courses and workshops for universities, research groups and companies, from the basics of R and project setup to research data management and applied statistical modeling. Formats and level are adapted to your audience, in English or Spanish, in person or online.

How I work

Projects are remote and reproducible: you receive the code, documentation and data structure needed to repeat the work yourself. I can advise on a single question, accompany a whole project, or design a course.
